Project HOPE Early Learning Center provides a safe, loving environment for children. We accept children from ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. We employ developmentally appropriate practices that supports every child's learning and development. We also have Spanish instruction, nutritious meals and are open from 6:00am to 6:00pm. Each child receives loving care and attention at Project HOPE ELC. Your child will love our new state-of-the-art facility with an indoor play area and caring teachers. Mommies and Daddies will feel secure leaving their children in the care of our qualified and professional staff members. We love each child as if they were our very own. We are licensed by the State of Illinois and accept Illinois Action for Children, DCFS vouchers and other subsidized programs. Our staff is CPR & First Aid Certified. Convenient location, ample parking, secure building just minutes from I-57 and public transportation.

Our programs help to nurture positive change in the lives of the highest risk youth and their families right in the communities in which they live. We promote a positive self-image, social awareness, and community partnerships to empower young people with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to develop relationships, dream big, set goals and achieve success!
